How Can I Reapply for PF Withdrawal After Name Issue on Cancelled Cheque?

Hi all, I had applied for PF withdrawal online after 2 months from the date of exit (DOE) from my previous company, after which I joined a new company. Now my PF claim has been rejected, stating:

1) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE
2) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE

Since my name was not on the cheque, I changed my branch and obtained a cheque book with my name on it. After updating my bank details on the UAN Portal, I am unable to apply for PF withdrawal as my present member ID is updated.

Could you please let me know how I can reapply online, as my previous company was in Pune and now I am working in Bangalore?

Sir,

You can transfer your claim from your previous company employer to your present employer after verifying the service of over 3 years. Then, you can apply for partial payment.

1) Please attach your bank passbook or a cheque.
First, apply for the transfer claim online with the number 13.

Since your name was not printed on the cheque leaf, the withdrawal was not processed. Now, as you have joined a new company where your UAN has been updated, and your monthly subscription is being transferred by the new company, withdrawal is not possible at this juncture. You can only transfer your amount from one account to the other.

Dear Sir, I had applied for a PF claim online. The first time, I applied using Form 31 and Form 10C. They rejected it due to the following reasons:
1) CONTRIBUTION NOT DEPOSITED BY EMPLOYER FROM 8/16 ONWARDS
2) PAYMENT NOT DEPOSITED BY THE EMPLOYER

The second time I applied, it was rejected for the following reasons:
1) PLEASE UPLOAD CHEQUE LEAF WITH NAME OR BANK PASSBOOK FIRST PAGE IN THE APPLICATION & RESUBMIT THE SAME
2) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE

The third time, I corrected all the mistakes such as PAN, AADHAR, Passbook, and everything was approved by the employer. Then, I applied using FORM 19 and FORM 10C. However, they rejected it again for the same reasons:
1) PLEASE UPLOAD CHEQUE LEAF WITH NAME OR BANK PASSBOOK FIRST PAGE IN THE APPLICATION & RESUBMIT THE SAME
2) MEMBER NAME NOT PRINTED ON CANCELLED CHEQUE

I do not know why they rejected the claim. Kindly look at the first line. "PL Upload." What does "PL" mean? Kindly help me. I need money for my father's heart surgery. Please assist.

Please check the name printed on the bank cheque leaf that you have uploaded. It should be exactly the same as printed on your PF slip; if it varies, the claim will be rejected. Please double-check and resubmit, or else, approach your PF office.
