Job Descriptions of manufacturing industry, specific to plant?

Pls help me with the Job Descriptions (JD) of manufacturing industry, specific to plant (if possible)
Quality, Commercial, Liaison, Store, Dispatched, Utilities, Production, accounts etc.

It is ideal and professional way of HR to design and develop Job description (JD). But mere specifying the department names, a JD can not be formulated. For a department, there can be many positions commensurate with job responsibilities. Please elaborate this.
