We are thinking of allocating grades to our employees from top to bottom, say from HoDs to bottom level. Top-level starts from GM, DY-GM, Assistant GM, then Managers, Supervisors, and helpers. We have currently, HoDs in the production department, Sales Department, HR, Finance, Accounts, Designing Department, R&D department and also Helpers. Kindly give a format to start with the allocation of cadre/grades to these departments personnel.
