Please guide me how to fix DA & TA (rules to be followed) for marketing people

Please guide me how to fix DA & TA (rules to be followed) for marketing people need exact calculation.

Please specify your location, As per your location every state has different rule for DA. You should go through it. Or you should follow at least minimum DA as per government norms. Most of the company has set their own travel policy for avoid these problems.
