Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the HR Manager of a reputed multi-institutional healthcare provider that has been in existence since 2008. I have over a decade of experience in HR and Administration. I wish to seek opinions on motivating employees who form the majority of the workforce, recruited for various posts/designations regardless of their competence or educational qualifications. They have played an integral role in the institution's growth over the years. Their contributions go beyond their designated roles; however, the institution is strongly unionized with five equally strong labor unions, and the attrition rate in this category is 0%. I have been contemplating this issue for some time now.
Seeking Expert Advice on Employee Motivation
It would be beneficial to receive expert views/advice on motivating them to learn new skills, change their attitude towards work and the institution, improve their grooming and etiquette, adopt email and other IT systems, and grasp the importance of budgeting, documentation, and communication in English, among other aspects.
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Vimal George Srambikal
