This company has another sister company that is into recruitment and staffing, and I have been associated with both companies. Our company does not provide PF, ESI, or gratuity, and I do not have hands-on experience in handling these components of payroll. During my search for HR Generalist job opportunities, I have been rejected twice for not having experience in these payroll components.

Can you please suggest some resources where I can update my knowledge regarding this and HR laws? Also, will I be eligible for HR Generalist/HRBP positions as I have not worked on these payroll components?
