Hereby, I am attaching the KLWF Form D. It is suitable for both factories and shops and establishments. The last date for LWF payment is 15th Jan 2020. Employee contribution is 20 Rs, and employer contribution is 40 Rs, making a total of 60 Rs for each employee that we have to pay. From the attendance records of December 2019, we need to determine the count of employees.

Dear sir,

What is the minimum strength for LWF pay?
Nagarjunhr
There is no minimum strength. If you are covered under the Shops and Establishments Act or Factories Act, you must pay the LWF amount. That's a mandatory amount to pay.

Dear Mr. Nagarjun,

Please note that KLWFA is not applicable to establishments registered under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act employing less than 50 (fifty) employees.

Thank you.
