How Can We Transfer PF Without Last Working Day Info When Employees Abscond?

Please give suggestions on how we can claim or transfer the PF amount without mentioning the Last Working Day (LWD) in PF. One of my vendors/BAs has absconded without mentioning the LWD in PF to all employees, and we have been unable to contact them. Nearly 100 employees are affected by this situation.

No need to worry. Contact the EPF office; they are providing an option to claim your PF amount under some terms and conditions.

Communicate the issue with RPFO. As the principal employer, you should initiate the issue with EPF and request regularization of EPF by presenting the relevant data of compliance that you might have collected from your vendor. This includes details of all employees appointed and enrolled on EPF, KYC submission details, ECR details, EPF paid challan details, etc. The EPFO will definitely help you in this.
