Calling Attention of Presiding Officers of Internal Committees in India
Every Presiding Officer of each of the Internal Committees in India is duty-bound to file the mandatory annual report for the calendar year 2019 before the District Officer of the district where their establishments are located.
The mandatory annual report for the calendar year 2019 is to be filed under Section 21 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 in the prescribed format.
One copy of the mandatory annual report for the calendar year 2019 prepared by the Internal Committee must be forwarded to the employer/head of the institutions under Section 22 so that the same is incorporated in the annual reports filed before the ROC or LC or concerned government monitoring authority.
