Hi, Company in the same location but two different legal entity.
Question is: 1. How can we show continuity of service so that they will remain eligible for Gratuity.
Note: We have issued transfer letter and company XYZ has issued new appointment letter.
Looking for your reply. Its in priority for me because inter company transfer happened 4 days back only.
