If somebody can help me to create an HR function calendar for the year with status mentioned, because when my management asks me what all functions HR has, it becomes a little difficult to explain. Please help.
The HR calendar will be monthly and annual. Your payroll, MIS, etc., will be part of your monthly calendar, and appraisal, offsite, etc., will be in your annual calendar. The attached document speaks about the functions of HR. Hope this helps.
