Pf got rejected - DATE OF JOINING/LEAVING DOES NOT MATCH WITH COMPANY RECORD

Your Claim [ Claim Id - xxxxxxxxxxxxx] has been rejected due to : 1) DATE OF LEAVING DIFFERS KINDLY CLARIFY 2) DATE OF JOINING/LEAVING DOES NOT MATCH WITH COMPANY RECORD.
But the Date of Joining and leaving in UAN portal & form submitted for settlement is same.

Check your contribution history(pf paid months), if date of joining or leaving is mismatch with your contribution months the said reject will happen, login with your UAN and password and download your epf passbook then you will find where is the mismatch happend.
contact your HR if you find any mismatch for corrections.

Last contribution was depoisted in 09/2019 ..Was that my exit date?
