Is Deducting EPF Only from Basic + DA Compliant with the EPF Act? Seeking Expert Advice

In my company, we have the following revised salary structure:

Basic + DA = 45%
HRA = 18%
Washing = 10%
Conveyance = 800/- per month
Education allowance = 200/- per month
Other allowances = Remaining balance (to adjust)

Now, we are planning to deduct EPF only for Basic + DA because we cover all employees under PF. Is this in compliance with the EPF act, or could any problems arise?

Advice from dear seniors and experts would be greatly appreciated.

You have to calculate the PF on all the components, which excludes any bonus or commissions. This information is provided by the Assistant Commissioner of EPFO.
