Compensation for employees in a private limited industry when company is closed

Dear all
There was a paper industry which was performing well in the past, but now due to some reasons the company got locked out
and employees (permanent employees as per labour act) are not getting salary since last 5yrs. is there any law to get there salaries
for the employees
please help me out

The poster should explain what he means by " company locked out ": is it that the company stands suddenly closed and not functioning for the last five years or only a certain no of employees were chosenly locked out by the company while others are still allowed to work?
Besides, the following questions require exact answers:
Is there any dispute pending conciliation or adjudication on this issue ?
Whether any notice of closure or lock out was issued by the company before the event?
What's the total number of employees affected?
Any trade union representing the employees?
