Asked me to Resign again - Why people choose to sack me?

sheetalsharma002@gmail.com
Hi Team, In one of the organization i was working honestly and dedicated. Boss was also happy and interactions with the boss also positive. One day just had a fought with canteen vendor for the quality of food. My boss instead of supporting me, he was disappointed and started to harass me with lot of workload and I am a non performer. After six months he suddenly called me to the cabin and asked me to resign or accept termination. I was in a trauma and left organisation with a question where I was wrong?
Then after 4 months of time period i got an opportunity where already culture was not good and with hesitation still joined because of my financial need. There no one was there to guide what exactly my KRA. After continuous followups with boss, I started to work full fledged. Appreciation from purchase dept and Accounts dept that I takeover the charged very quickly and seems like you have completed 1 year.Confirmation was due, reminded my boss, 7 months passed suddenly called me in a cabin and asked me to resign as we can confirm you due to manpower reduction. again he says performance was OK, but feedback from other department was not good. how is it possible?
Why people choose to sack me? as I don't visit boss cabin very frequently and gossip with him and taking care for his personal work? please answer and help me out so I may not face it again.

Hi,
My assessment based on your narration is that I think you need to improve interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills will help you gain friends and simultaneously demonstrate to your supervisor that you’re capable of bringing out the best in others.

Thanks a lot V.M.Lakshminarayanan Sir,
Its not like that i have not maintained good interpersonal skills, within no time i have made good relations with other department people and made friends too.
My immediate boss was always having a complain for one or the other thing, if he has given me the task i have done in time. Its not like that have not discussed with him or asked timely feedback with him. He himself used to hate my other colleague and used to appreciate me suddenly his perception changed for me. i was shocked by his behavior.
Everyone was good to me, from all the departments i was getting appreciations then how suddenly during confirmations, complaints arises?
Where ever i go i always try to calm and help everyone.

Dear Madam,
From your version of the goings-on in your organisations, it is difficult to pinpoint what has gone wrong.
As you know, work relationships with colleagues, bosses and immediate superior get shaped based on how you have carried out your daily tasks, how you have conducted yourself in various work situations .If you believe that you have been honest and your relationship is frictionless, then how an antagonistic perception takes place? You know you can't clap with one hand and there is no smoke without fire. Work relationship is two way process, and you will be the best judge of what is going wrong.
You need to analyse it impartially and take a call as to continue working here or look for better options.
It is difficult for us to grasp the realities of your workplace relationships from a distance.
Regards,
Vinayak Nagarkar
