I would like to know how to calculate the minimum leave entitlement after working for 240 days. Is it based on a calculation of 1 day leave for every 20 days worked, such as 365/20 days = 18 days? Or should it be computed based on actual days worked, considering 365 days less 52 weekly offs and less 15 days of leave, resulting in 298/20 = 15 days? Alternatively, should it simply be 240/20 = 12 days?
Please provide guidance on this matter.
