Hello all, we have been unable to pay PF online since September 2019. When we checked with our bank (not in the list available on the PF website), we were informed that they block the SBI payment gateway due to security issues. Even when we tried to make the payment from ICICI Bank (which is available in the list on the PF website), we still faced difficulties in making the payment.
The employer help desk has informed us that there were no issues at their end, nor have they received such complaints. Please help us resolve the issue at hand. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
