How Can We Ensure Full-Time Consultants Honor Their Bonds Without Legal Action?

parth-mody1
Is there any way to make a full-time consultant working in a company abide by the bond? Currently, we have a bond policy in our company, but apparently, if a consultant breaks the bond, legal action cannot be taken against them. Is there any way to make them abide by it.

A consultant is an experienced professional who provides expert knowledge. He or she works in an advisory capacity only and is usually not accountable for the outcome of a consulting exercise. You cannot bind him by any bond. However, if you require his services on a permanent nature of work, you may need to negotiate with him and take him on a 'Fixed-Term Contract' basis.
