this is swarna. for best practice use Edward Deming principles in ur recruitment procedure. Deming says four principles i.e., PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Act). if u follow these four principles in ur recruitment process. ur recruitment process will be very very effective.Actually recruitment process will starts with Needs assessment and ends with Ongoing monitoring the performance.so better we use these four principles in each and every step in the recruitment process.
