Facing Heavy PF Dues: How Can We Legally Resolve This Inspection Issue?

Hi Sir, I am working as an HR in an organization. There is a case in my company related to PF inspection. The PF inspector has not inquired since before 2013, and now a PF inspector visited and found some dues in past PF details. Currently, our company is in heavy dues. How could we settle this case in a legal and proper process? Please guide me through the procedure.

You should have been given an official letter/notice by the EPF Office. If not, you can wait for the same. The right process is to approach the Commissionerate of EPF after receiving the notice with the details mentioned in the reply for clearance.
