I would like to know which job portals have an efficient database to search for candidates. I recommended Monster.com and was really disappointed. First of all, congratulations on your new job. I totally agree that Monster.com is a disappointing portal. I am also working in the same domain and often have to fetch resumes depending upon the profile and the industry we are hiring for. Below are the most commonly used portals by me for your reference:

2. Shine.com (Paid)
3. Indeed (Free)
4. Internshala (For Interns)
5. Upwork (For Freelancers, mostly Architects)
6. Glassdoor (Paid)
7. LinkedIn (Very effective if you have a good base of connections)
