Its really interesting to go through. Especially the last one ("Five lessons about the way we treat people."), which i haven't ever heard off. I have to appreciate for sharing with others, which you have gained in your life. I think there are very few like you, share with others. Keep up this good work.
People say, "Words Can Kill". But these words, will build the confidence in everyones life. Who knows this might bring a very good change in their life, whoever happens to go through it and hear it from their friends and colleagues.
Ur contribution could be a good start for the unknown face who is going to go through in his/her life.
