Dear Seniors,
One of my senior employees is against the rule of one-half day deduction equal to 3 late marks. He is citing the Minimum Wages Act of 1936, Section 8, which states that deductions are not allowed. Please suggest how to respond to the employee because the 3 late marks rule is important for maintaining discipline.
