Miscommunication Mix-Up: How to Correct Interchanged UAN Numbers with EPFO?

Two employee UAN numbers were interchanged due to miscommunication during UAN generation. All the persons have left the organization.

What type of form should we provide to the EPFO office to rectify this issue?

Hi,

Please inform EPF officials immediately on the company letterhead. However, most of such cases need to be settled mutually. For withdrawal, form 19 & 10 C should be filled.
