HR ready to waive my notice period recovery - is it possible to get the on hold salary and other deductions waived off?

Hello, Took all paid leaves on my first month of leave after a health issue and since my awareness of continuing in the night shift could make things worse and ended up looking for a break for 6 months but the HR requested to resign without servicing the notice period on a LOP stating that it will all be waived off.. Now it's already 90 days and they still ask me to pay the notice pay recovery also the exit portal shows payslip generating until October though my resignation is August.
Full and final statement shows deduction for September also but the HR is playing the blame game on the Full and Final settlement team. Is there anyway I could understand why they are generating a payslip after my resignation and also deduction for 8.25 days on September with PF deduction for October also. My on hold salary before the notice period of three months May is also deducted now. When the HR asked me to resign and is ready to waive my notice period recovery is it possible to get the on hold salary and other deductions waived off. They are asking me to weight for another month no proper response from any one so far
Thanks
