What is the Provision in ESIC if There is No employment in particular month working days are "0"?

Dear All,
Can Any body can help me to understand that If my company is working from last 2 years but due to problem we have no work for next 3 month. Is there compulsion of Minimum Amount to pay As ESIC Contribution? Kindly Help Me.

submit zero contribution in non esic months. ( Submit each month for zero contribution )

But we heard that there is minimum amount of Rs. 75 that we should have to pay every month in said case to avoid interest and damages under C19 and D19. Is it right or wrong statement?
