Dear friends, I worked 1.5 years in real estate PVT LTD company(4 years old). they provide bonus every year one month current salary. last year bonus(2018) I have received. This year I left 30 Sep 19, while I asked my bonus amount they said as per new bonus act I am not eligible. but all live employees including recent joiners also received bonus their one month salary pro data calculation.
my questions are
1. i am eligible for claim my bonus or not.. how?
2.if yes bonus calculation same as live employees or different formula?
3.if i am eligible for bonus of one month salary, can i file the case from labour court?
4.this kind of same case anything got judgement from labour court? if yes i need that case details.
