Can anyone tell me which registers or forms are compulsory to maintain for a shop under Contract Labour?

Dear Karthick,

You have to maintain a muster roll as follows:
1. Form XVI Rule 78 (1)(a)(i): Muster Roll
2. Register of wages
3. Register of salary
4. Wages slip
5. Register of overtime

You also need to complete the annual filing using Form XXV Rule 82.
