How Can We Align Our HR Policies with MNC Standards for Leave and Benefits?

Can you help me out in developing HR policies (Leave policies, Employee benefits, remuneration structure), as my company has recently turned into an MNC and we need to modify our HR policies to align with MNC standards.

Dear Colleagues,

I want to create a Continuing Education Policy for our company. The purpose of this policy is to assist our employees in enhancing their education while with the company. There must be some clauses/terms such as: the company will provide short-term educational loans, if an employee secures more than 50% marks, the company will reimburse 50% of the annual fee paid by the employee, and the employee must continue in service for at least 2 years after completing the new qualification.

Dear colleagues,

Latest amendments in PF & ESI:

ESI wages limit has been revised from 10,000 to 15,000. It shall be effective from 1st April 2010.

From 1st April 2010, PF & ESI contributions shall be remitted by a single Challan.
