Dear All,
Can you help me out in developing HR policies (Leave policies, Employee benefits, remuneration structure) , as my company is recently turned into an MNC and we need to modify our HR policies as per standards of an MNC.

Dear Collegues,
I want to make a Continuing Education Policy for our company. Purpose of this policy to help our employees for enhancing their education while in company. There must be some clause/ terms like, company will provide short term educational loan, if employee secures more then 50% marks company will reimburse some 50% annual fee paid by the employee, employee will continue in the service for atleast 2 year after completion of new qualification.

Dear collegues,
Latest ammendments in PF & ESI
ESI wages limit has be revised from 10000 to 15000. It shall be effective from 1st April, 2010.
From 1st April, 2010 PF & ESI contribution shall be remitted by a single Challan.
