Worried About Background Check? Will My Cash Payment Period Be Recognized by ABC MNC?

I have been shortlisted for ABC MNC Company. Now they have initiated the background check. My concern is outlined below.

Background Information

I started my career with XYZ Company, which is a small company. They hired me as an intern, and the mode of payment was cash in hand for the first 6 months. After confirmation, they provided a bank account and created a PF Account. They did not provide any salary slips or Form 16. I only have a relieving letter, PF passbook, and bank statements from that period.

Question

Will ABC MNC Company consider my entire tenure at XYZ Company, or will they only consider the period when I had the bank account and PF Account? Note: XYZ Company is now closed.

In this case, if you have any reference from our previous company who can confirm that you were working there, it can be helpful here. Also, if you have a relieving letter for the entire duration from joining to exit, they will consider the dates as per the documents.

I have the relieving letter where the Date of Joining (DOJ) and Date of Leaving (DOL) have been mentioned.

I have a reference from the HR of my last company, but the company has since closed down.
