What performance rating threshold other companies use as a criterion to qualify for a performance bonus?

According to our performance bonus scheme, employees must obtain a rating of 2 (using a five-point rating scale) before they qualify for a bonus. I want to establish what performance rating threshold other companies use as a criterion to qualify for a performance bonus.
