Dear All, Greetings for the day, It is brought to the notice of all employers to kindly note the following ESI instructions for strict compliance.
ESI Registration and Contribution Instructions
1. Employees must be registered online on the date of appointment; the online system shall allow a maximum of 10 days to register the new employee.
2. Contributions against employees should be deposited within the due date, i.e., the 15th of every month. You shall not be able to deposit contributions online after 42 days from the end date of the contribution period.
It may kindly be noted that non-adherence/non-compliance with the above instructions will put the employer under unnecessary harassment/legal complications.
As such, you are requested to kindly follow the above instructions strictly and help us to serve you better. Circular enclosed for reference.
