Gratuity Calculation After 33 Years at the Bank: How Much Will I Receive for My Last Month?

I am an ex-employee of a bank under CRS. My Basic pay + Allowances + DA will be Rs. 105,000/-, but I worked only 10 days in the last month of my termination.

How much gratuity will I receive? I have completed 33 years in the bank.

The formula for calculating the amount of gratuity is as follows: Basic + D.A Last drawn / 26 X 15 X No of years of service

= 105000 / 26 X 15 X 33

= Rs. 1,999,038.46 OR Rs. 1,999,038.00

You will receive a gratuity amount of Rs 1,999,038 provided that none of the particulars furnished are disputed by your employer.
