Implementation of pension policy in one of the metro project under government undertaking

Hello everyone ,
I want some input/guidance regarding implementation of pension policy to my organisation which is a PSU .We don’t have any pension scheme .
Please suggest how can I go about it as this is completely new to me and have no idea.

you can go with LIC policies for pension scheme.
they have various plan, you can opt best one.
