Struggling to Claim PF and Pension After 60 Days? Need Help Understanding the Process

Even after completing a straight 60 days, I am not able to claim PF and Pension amounts. Could you please explain so that it will be helpful?

Date Of Joining: 01-07-2016
Date of Leaving: 31-08-2019
Reason for Leaving Service: CESSATION (SHORT SERVICE).

PF pension cannot be claimed or withdrawn if the service period is 10 years and above (or once the service period is more than 9.6 years itself). It is not clear whether you have transferred your previous PF accumulation to this new account and if both service periods together have crossed 10 years. If that is not the case, please wait for some more days to claim.
