Hello everyone, i am working as an HR in one of the Metrorail project(govt undertaking ) ,wherin i want to introduce pension schme to my organisation .

I need help regarding inputs and drafting of pension policy required for its implementation to my employees as i new to new this having no idea about it .
Please give me some guidance .

Question is not clear... What Pension you are referring... separate pension policy from insurance companies or PF Pension.. Please clarify.
