Who Signs Offer Letters When Your Only HR Manager Is on Extended Leave?

Anchu Andrews
My company has only one HR manager. Who should sign the offer letters if the HR manager is on extended leave? How should the offer letter be formatted?

Hi,

In the normal course, authorized signatories of the company will sign offer/appointment letters or any correspondence. In the absence of an authorized signatory, the next-level authority may sign the offer/appointment letter using the "For....." option. However, for statutory purposes like PF, only the authorized signatory can sign.
