DSC Token Registration Issue: Why Aren't My Details Showing Up and How Can I Fix It?

Hi, please help me out. When I enter data for DSC token registration, the registration details are not shown. I have attached a Word file of the error. Please help with how to resolve this issue.

Make sure you are using DSC of class 2. Also, try through Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.

Hi Anonymous, Please try the following:

OS: Windows 7, 8
Browser: IE 9, 10, 11, Mozilla Firefox 48.02 - 32 bit

Uninstall all versions of Java from your system and install Java 8 update 201 - 32 bit. Learnt from PF office this day, I had successfully registered the DSC. Note: You must also install the DSC on your system before attempting registration.

If you are using a laptop, I suggest you visit the employer help desk at the local PF office along with the digital signature. It should help get the DSC registered.
