DSC token - when i enter data for DSC token registration, registration detail not shown

Hi... Please help me out, when i enter data for DSC token registration, registration detail not shown. i have attached word file of error. please help how to resolve this issue.

Hi, Make sure you are using DSC of class 2. Also try through Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox

I too am facing the same problem.
When I visited the local PF office in Sep 19, I was informed that there was a server problem and would be resolved by 03.10.2019.
Still the problem persists, though we had made representations in person and email.

Please try the following:
OS: Windows 7, 8
Browser: IE 9,10, 11, Mozilla Firefox 48.02 - 32 bit
Uninstall all versions of Java from your system and install Java 8 update 201 -32 bit.
Learnt from PF office this day. I had successfully registered the DSC.
Note: You must also install the DSC in your system before attempting registration.

Hello Mr. Rahul,
If you are using a laptop, I suggest you visit employer help desk in local PF office along with the digital signature.
It should get the dsc registered.

i can help you out to generate the dsc pdf.
