Dear Team, I hope everyone is doing fine!
Guidance Needed for Drafting a Holiday Circular
I am working as an HR with an IT startup company. I need your guidance in drafting an email mentioning that on the coming Monday (i.e., 28th Oct), we are having a holiday, but on 29th Oct (Tuesday), we will be working. However, considering that Tuesday is Bhaiya Dhooj, how can I circulate this circular in the office without creating a nuisance? We are shifting Bhaiya Dhooj's off to Monday. This decision was made after discussing that on Saturday and Sunday, we are having a normal company off. Therefore, for those employees who live far from the office, they can take a continuous three days off rather than coming in on Monday and missing a day off with family.
Kindly suggest or help me in drafting a circular keeping in view the above-mentioned conditions.
Awaiting your responses.
Regards, Meenakshi Kiran
