I have one employee who recently got promoted, and now his salary is above par ESIC. How can I remove his entry? There is no "status" mentioning the promotion or exceeding the limit. Please help...
If any employee's salary has crossed above the ESI limit, we have to make contributions until the end of the contribution period (April-September, October-March). When a new contribution month starts, during returns, we have to show that the employee is "Out Of Coverage".
