Documentation portal in HCL - mistakenly I submitted the incomplete documents

Hi, I uploaded the fewer documents in the HCL portal by mistakenly I submitted the incomplete documents. Now I am trying to open the portal again but it is reflecting as log on failure.now what I need to do. I need to add some more documents for BVG. Even hr people are not responding to my mail
can anyone please assist.
