Dear all, If the union election tenure is expired and the existing recognised union is not willing to approach the labour department for new election. The opposition party approaches the management not to deal with any union representatives since no union have majority and ask them (union repre.) to attend duties as they are under relief at present. Please advise what is the management role for further process?
