Regarding minimum wages in Haryana, is it 9024 per month or 347 per day? The question is whether this rate applies for 26 days or 30 days in a month.
I am unsure about the concept of leave with wages. Could you please explain what it entails?
Will the employee receive wages for the 4 weekly holidays (Sundays), totaling 1388 (347 * 4)? Therefore, the worker's monthly wages would be 10412 (9024 + 1388).
Is the amount of 9024 inclusive of the employee's ESI/PF share, or is it separate?
