Facing Unpaid Salary and Dues: How Can I Address This with My Employer?

As I was working at Sheetal Motors Pvt. Ltd in Mahindra Automobiles as a Sales Consultant in a car dealership, I have served for the last six months. They are denying to pay my last 9 days' salary as well as the Mahindra Login file amount for financing a customer's car from the company, as per their commitment. Dues are pending 7000/- for the login ID of finance and approximately 4000/- for 9 working days. Despite numerous requests, they are not paying me. They give excuses that customer complaints came in, so it will not be payable to me. In reality, I did my best in serving. If the company does not fulfill its commitments with the customer, then complaints will be made against the company. It's not the employee's fault. I did not go against the company, nor did I behave unprofessionally.

In another case, they deny payment by stating that I didn't serve the notice period, so it will not be payable to me. In our company, an offer letter was not provided at the time of joining, and no contract was signed regarding a one-month notice period. They simply pay salaries by cheque from HDFC Bank, providing an employee number, and maintaining a manual register for attendance.
