I left my job in April 2018 and wanted to transfer my PF account from the previous organization to the new one. I applied for an online transfer on 21.01.2019. Due to some technical issues with the digital signature, the claim was accepted by the employer on 30.09.2019 and received by EPFO on 02.10.2019. However, the claim was rejected, stating that the member contribution was received after the date of exit, and the dates of joining/leaving did not match the company records. I reached out to my previous employer, who confirmed they had completed their part, and in their portal, it shows that my account has been transferred.
If the transfer is completed, how should the passbook appear? In my member portal, two IDs are displayed separately under one UAN number. The previous employer assured me that the transfer was completed. With these two IDs, will there be any issues with withdrawals in the future? What should be my next steps? If anyone has ideas on resolving this problem, please provide assistance. I appreciate your help.
