How to create an excel for number of ambulances to match with the checklist

I have been asked by my HR to create an Excel file which can help us identify each ambulance to link up with the checklist. We have over 70 ambulances which we need an Excel sheet to link up all the ambulances to the checklist.
Please help me to do that
