How to create an excel for number of ambulances to match with the checklist

I have been asked by my HR to create an Excel file that can help us identify each ambulance to link up with the checklist. We have over 70 ambulances for which we need an Excel sheet to link up all the ambulances to the checklist.

Please help me to do that.

I have been asked to create an Excel sheet for the documents required for the renewal of ambulances. The documents include:

- Registration
- Staff BLS/license cert.
- Malpractice
- Contract
- Plate number

I need guidelines on how to create an Excel sheet for this purpose.
