How much do companies spend on Reward & Recognition programs?

I am trying to implement R&R in my organization and hence wanted to understand how much do organizations normally spend on this initiative. This will help me to set the budget accordingly.

Dear Madam ,
There is no thumb rule for this as it differs from company to company and the type of RR system like cash awards. , Certificates, frequency of the events etc. Since the number of eligible employees are going to be small , it shouldn't be difficult to arrive at a ballpark budget figure.
