MBA finance person to become a Hr professional - whether a good or bad idea?

Hi all, I am kavichandru have done B.com degree and have finished my MBA in finance this year pass-out. Now I would like to switch over to Hr stream so that career will be in growth mode. Then I join last month in management trainee at Hr dept for one year training at Napino auto and electronic Ltd.
Can anybody explain whether good or bad if any online course available for hr tell me please.
