Employment bond for 2 years is valid? Suggest the parameters / points to be included in the bond

Dear All, We are planning to introduce bond for the candidates joining us. I am working in a ENT company.
Pls suggest the parameters / points to be included in the bond. Also share the general practice that is followed currently in the industry and about bond is this legal or not??
