I need your profitable recommendation for my past association business. I served for 7 months there and left Job for crisis reason.
At the hour of going along with I got joining reward and Relocation reward and it was unmistakably referenced in the event that you leave before 1 yr you to reimburse the sum and now the full and last settlement came they are attempting to recuperate the joining reward and movement as well. This time I am not at this phase where I cannot manage the cost of . What would they be able to do on the off chance that I dnt reimburse it? Will they make same lawful move against me?

The particular clause of the grant of joining bonus and relocation reward, as the poster herself has stated, are subject to the condition of rendering one year service in the organization from the date of joining. Upon the acceptance of such a clause only the poster joined the organization. So when she leaves the job on her own for whatever reason before completion of the one year already stipulated and accepted, she has to refund the amounts of joining bonus and relocation reward. It is immaterial whether it is affordable or not. The employer can recover the amount from her by appropriate legal means, apart from creating problems in her formal relief.
